Hostgator is a little expensive (thus I rated them 3 stars for pricing) but other than that, they are simply perfect! Outstanding hosting services with a real person backing you up at the customer support department.
If you don’t mind paying a little more for a supreme level web host – Hostgator is the winner.

I was using Bluehost previously and switched to Hostgator about 6 months earlier – I regret that I didn’t do this earlier. Hosting with Hostgator is simply faster and more reliable.
I knew some would say Hostgator is overprices, expensive… blah blah blah… which I think it’s completely BS! Yes it’s true that the host is offering the same features as most web host but you can’t measure the quality of their servers and customer supports.
Getting an experienced technical support is never a problem with Hostgator – and believe me, it’s much better than my previous host – Bluehost.
Transferring the site (http://www.satellitetvissue.com) was real easy with the help of Hostgator’s staffs and I rate their customer support deparment 10/10.

I have used Hostgator for about a year now and initially things were fine quite fast and easy to use. However on recently upgrading my hosting to reseller things have not been so good. Several days latter and my hosting account is still not live and customer support dont seem to be doing anything about it?
Hopefully they will sort things soon but I am now considering cancelling and moving elsewhere.
