However on recently upgrading my hosting to reseller things have not been so good. Several days latter and my hosting account is still not live and customer support dont seem to be doing anything about it? Yes it's true that the host is offering the same features as most web host but you can't measure the quality of their servers and customer supports. Getting an experienced technical support is never a problem with Hostgator - and believe me, it's much better than my previous host - Bluehost. Transferring the site (http://www.satellitetvissue.com) was real easy with the help of Hostgator's staffs and I rate their customer support deparment 10/10. Outstanding hosting services with a real person backing you up at the customer support department. If you don't mind paying a little more for a supreme level web host - Hostgator is the winner.
