My particular beef with powweb is that they raised their fees without any warning at the time when new customers were offered less than half of price for the same service. When enquired, they promised to review the issue and advise accordingly. Sure enough they didn’t and were MIA until I called to cancel the service. Suddenly they became responsive again. Tech support is ok. Mail server is painfully slow, i mean painfully slow. Emails would arrive hours or days later. Their email server been down frequently. Reliability and uptime however is one of the very best.
