these people are asswipes, horrible to deal with and they misrepresent the service. Best advice is to stay far away, I rue the day i signed up with hostpapa. But don’t just take my word for it, there are lots of negative hostpapa reviews out there. Read the hostpapa reviews, they’re almost all terrible. Or go ahead and sign up then contribute another negative Hosppapa review lol!
Bad, bad and bad again!!!
If you have small website – this hosting is OK, but(!!!) if you need serious projects, professional website… Oops, use any other hosting.
No SSh support, No Backup, crazy firewall ( block ftp account every 1 hr)
This hosting only for kids…
Really bad after service when it came to renewal period, was initially on a pay for 2yr plan and get 3rd free and when it came to cancelling got told there isnt no free year, then ended contract immediately
Really bad support,
They are terrible when it comes to customer service, cancellation, or any account adjustments. They just kill time to push you through another year of terrible hosting. Also, they bill you for post dated services even if they are covered through the payments you made for previous service you purchased and paid before requesting to stop renewing your account with them. Trust me, you never want to give your credit card information to this pirates.
